Third & Wall uses FedEx as its default carrier for domestic and international shipments. We’re happy to accommodate customer accounts with other shipping companies, just let your sales representative know when you’re placing an order!
Poster orders placed before Noon (PST) are guaranteed to go out the same day. Print-on-demand orders are guaranteed to be printed and shipped within two weeks (though smaller jobs often take less time). Shipment time for original artwork varies. Please let your rep know if you have a specific deadline you’re working with.
Paper and canvas orders are carefully rolled in thick paper, and secured inside our shipping tubes to guarantee safe delivery. For stretched/framed artwork or high quantity orders, our warehouse staff will make a box specifically for your order to prevent any damages from occurring in transit.
When your paper order arrives, remove the caps at both ends and burst any airbags used as cushioning. Then, grasp the paper lip at the center of the roll and wind it in on itself. This will tighten rolled posters, allowing you to more easily remove them from the shipping tube. Avoid grabbing or tugging at the posters themselves while they are still in the tube, as this can damage the product.

All customers shipping domestic UPS will automatically receive a notification email once their order has shipped. This will include a tracking link you can use to follow your order to its destination. For all other shipping services and destinations, get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist you in tracking your order’s progress.
